About 3-1-1
The City of Houston 3-1-1 Service Helpline is a consolidated system that provides citizens with access to city services from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week. Houston 3-1-1 is your one-call resource for services and information. This call center makes City government more accessible and responsive to residents. Whether it is traffic fines, flu vaccines, pothole problems, repairs to traffic signals or neighborhood complaints, Houstonians can call 3-1-1 and speak to one of the highly trained customer service representatives. Service requests are also available online at www.houstontx.gov/311/. The 3-1-1 Houston Service Helpline puts city government at your fingertips. You can call 3-1-1, fax (713) 837-0311 or email 311@cityofhouston.net and get answers, find the right person, or have your city service problems solved. Houston 3-1-1 enables the city to greatly enhance levels of customer service and citizen satisfaction.
